The holidays are approaching and I always found Son Bun would be soooo hungry, grazing all the time.

You know by now I love getting the kids helping in the kitchen, and these roll ups are by far one of my most FAVOURITE recipes.

The recipe can be found in my second recipe book, which has now SOLD OUT! Only Make, Bake, Celebrate left!!

If you fancy making them, some top tips for you...

  • Don't worry about it being a rectangular shape, they are rolled up anyway.

  • Have the ingredients laid out ready for them to add into the roll ups.

  • For little ones, get it all weighed out first, maybe have a bowl each, so they can see you doing them too.

  • Take your time, it doesn't have to be all did in 20 minutes!

  • We love them filled with choc spread, raisins and marshmallows for a sweet treat.

  • Go DAIRY free with plant milk, cheese and a margarine.

  • GLUTEN free works but just add 1/2 tsp Xanthan gum.

  • They might be all different sizes, don't worry, remember they mafde them and will be very proud.

REMEMBER; Cooking with the kids is all about independence, confidence, creativity, finding tastes new and old, numbers and colours.

Afterwards they can help clearing up, I would say 90% of my toddlers, love wiping down the tables and playing with the soapy dish water.

Have fun.. xx
