Here it is, have a go, I use this all the time in my classes, transforming it all the time into different bakes...
Go gluten free with Gluten free Self raising flour or dairy free; use a plant cheese and plant yoghurt, it works well with the substitutes.
The whole family can get involved too... No waiting around for rising...
