BANANA 🍌 LOAVES

This is my tasty Banana bread from my second recipe book, it uses honey to sweeten and some choc chips, but you could use dried fruits instead.

The ingredient amounts are perfect for little ones, it's not too much to mix, just 1 egg. If the ingredients are 300g of this, 4 eggs, the mixture is too much for little hands to handle, so if older bakers would like to make it, do double the recipe.

They never last long in this house, if you haven't got any of the mini loaf tine, if bakes up 6 lovely muffins. ENJOY...
