Yes all you need is some shortcrust pastry and you can make and bake sweet and savoury for the family!
Who doesn't like a jam tart, it takes me back to being a kid and my mum would always make some jam puffs or tarts with the spare pastry. and i couldn't wait to eat them, although the jam was very hot!
The quiche you can make mini ones or one large one, a great picnic lunch especially now that it is Summer!
Just decide on the filling 2 eggs and 100ml milk, plus handful of cheese and your chosen filling..
Ham
Tomato & basil
Tuna & sweetcorn
Grilled veg
cheese & onion
Salmon and watercress!
