My swiss roll recipe is so easy for the kids to make, they just need to make sure they keep a light touch mixing it together and bake for just 12 minutes...

You can add jam, chocolate spread, biscoff.

You just need eggs, sugar and SR flour.

I used 3 eggs, 75g sugar and 75g SR Flour for my Swiss roll, but you can change quantities according to your tin.

Just remember 1 egg = 25g sugar and 25g SR flour.

If you get the ingredients together, watch & bake along with me, pausing when you need to.

If you want to keep the recipe then the recipe is included in my 10 baking recipes... Click below...
