🌞 Wow, what a lovely bank holiday weekend! With temperatures hitting 31 degrees, GingerBun and I have been super busy in the Bun Kitchen. We decided to whip up something cool and delicious: homemade ice cream! 🍦
Easy Peasy Ice Cream Recipe
This ice cream is so simple, your toddler can make it all by themselves. Seriously! You won’t need any fancy machines or complicated steps. Just grab two ingredients: condensed milk and double cream. Then, choose a flavour that makes your little one's eyes sparkle with joy!
We went with strawberry this time, but the options are endless. You could try chocolate, vanilla, lemon, raspberry, mango, or even honeycomb. The Bun Kitchen is your oyster this weekend! 🍓🍫🍋
Ingredients You’ll Need
Double cream
Condensed milk
Your favourite flavour
How to Make It
Mix: Combine the double cream and condensed milk in a bowl.
Freeze: Pour the mixture into a container and pop it in the freezer.
Wait: Try not to eat it straight from the bowl (I know, it’s tempting!).
Enjoy: Once it’s frozen, scoop it out and enjoy a delightful treat!
This is the perfect bank holiday half-term activity. There’s no oven, no hob, and absolutely no stress involved. Just little hands creating something magical while it’s roasting outside.
GingerBun is already on his second bowl. I’m saying nothing. 🤫
