Easy Cheesy biscuits

These biscuits were in my first cookery book and it is funny how you forget about some recipes and just keep trying to reinvent ones, when I have this fab one from 12 years ago!

They are great for the kids to do and you can choose so many different shapes, dinosaurs, flowers, cars, Christmas!

Hope you enjoy them as much as my classes do.

Oh and they are tastiest warm from the oven... they don't last long, you'll have to make another batch!
