I am sure dad will love his medal this Father's day or whoever you think deserves a medal! It could be mum, the neighbour, your friend, maybe a race at school is going on and they can all get an edible medal!
Just enjoy making them, very easy and just 3 ingredients, I like to keep the list of ingredients down. Flour, sugar and butter... that is all plus your chosen flavour...
